Wrecked...Now What
Because most of our customers don’t require our services on a regular basis, we have prepared the following information to make the collision repair process easier.

Understand your rights as an insured: Click here for Claim & Claimants’ Rights brochure.
Here are a few important things to remember:
You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
Minnesota law does not require you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
You are welcome to stop in any time for an estimate, an appointment is not necessary.
Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary operations or it could simply mean that the estimate was written with a different estimating program. Different types of part selections and labor rates also create differences between estimates for the same repair. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, please ask us, we would be happy to review the estimates and explain the differences.
Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do that, or you may leave your car with us and ask that your insurance company inspect your car here if it is more convenient for you.
Please remember to take valuable articles, necessary keys, cell phone chargers, and personal belongings out of your car. Sometimes, it is necessary to move these items during the repair process and we don’t want to damage or misplace them.
You are always invited to stop by to see the progress on your vehicle, or call in and check on your repair.
All charges are expected to be paid in full before your vehicle leaves our shop.
The closer to completion, the more accurate we can be about the repair completion time.
